for both synthetic lace wigs and human hair lace wigs,if you order from stock ,and received the order not do any processed.we can accept the return within 24hours after you sign the package.we not accept return a few days later after you receive our package.for custom order if we no mistake on your order,we not accpt return or exchange,because custom order only done by you,so hope you can understand.
for return or exchange order,customer should stand the shipping fee.
here is the step how to do for return or exchange:
1:please contact our customer service people email@example.com explain what the problem you meet.
2:our customer service people will check the products whether meet our return and exchange policy.and if everything meet our demand,we will send you the return address.
3:when you shipped out the return product,please supply us the tracking number and way to track the package.
4:when we get the product send by you,and after our check no problem,we will refund the money as we discussed.
